Colleen has been a hairdresser since 1989 and came to Avanti Day Resort in 1998. Colleen has spent many of her Avanti years attending intense training courses in haircutting, hair coloring, hair extensions and she is a certified airbrush tanning artist as well. Colleen has trained under various companies and artists that are rated the top in the industry, companies such as Wella, Goldwell, L’Oreal, Kerastase, Brazilian Blowout, Vidal Sassoon, Oribe, Kevin Murphy, Paul Mitchell and Vivienne Mackinder. Colleen has a strong passion for the beauty industry, and she has advanced skills when it comes to hair highlighting techniques and airbrush tanning… she will make dull hair glisten and contour the body to perfection. Colleen has also had many of her MakeOver talents broadcasted on live TV on the hit show, “A MakeOver Story” and is also the Manager of Avanti’s Apprentice team.
